The answer to this is the implementation of a whole-of-system, lifelong career support model. As such, PwC identified seven key elements that are crucial to enhancing career and pathways support for all Australians. These are that the support is:
- Connected to government, industry bodies and educational institutions;
- Accessible to everyone;
- High-quality and reliable;
- Tailored to the individual;
- Enabling people to be work-ready;
- Empowering to the individual.
