3 stages of learning
The Diploma of Business Administration at TrainSmart Australia is made up of 8 units delivered in 3 modules of learning.
In Module 1, you will learn about how to plan and implement an administrative system and to undertake project work.
In Module 2, you will learn how to prioritise your work and manage your professional development; organise and manage meetings; and, managing the work performance of other staff.
In Module 3, you will be designing and developing business documents using advanced features of Word; exploring how to manage and deliver quality customer service; and managing payroll systems.
Business admin diploma and progression
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. Some basic computer skills will be needed, and any relevant work experience would be a bonus.
Several of our students from this qualification have gone on to complete our Diploma of Business or our Diploma of Leadership and Management. We also offer the Advanced Diplomas of Business, and the Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management.
