Certificate II in Business (with computer skills), Certificate II in Customer Engagement (with computer skills), Certificate II in Information, Digital, Media and Technology and Certificate III in Business (with computer skills).
If you can’t attend the course in person, there’s also the opportunity to study online or through a blended learning program. These qualifications are being held over a period of nine to twelve weeks, depending on which course you select. The first one starts mid-March.
