I love working with people. If I can share my 26 years of experience to others through training, then I have accomplished something special, particularly if it empowers people to bring change in the way they pursue their own goals and in turn make extraordinary life-long investments in other people’s lives.
Most of my experience was gained in South Africa where I was a Chaplain in the South African National Defence Force. I was a Pastor for different congregations and would coordinate projects through missionary organisations. Mentorship is an important skill and has so many benefits.
I feel it is a privilege to pass on my skills and knowledge to students at TrainSmart Australia.
It really doesn’t matter where you are in the world, all people have the same needs. It is so satisfying to see students flourish in their chosen subjects. I am a trainer with the Diploma of Community Services and Youth Work, it is a rewarding job and fills me with gratification.
Over the years, I have seen how my knowledge has grown. Now I want to encourage all my students to pursue growth through knowledge and wisdom and aim to achieve all they can throughout their life.
